In an industry where most play it safe, Curtis Onchi dares to be himself when on the decks.

Hailing from Portland, Oregon, Curtis Onchi (aka DJ Disciple) started his DJ journey in 2000 with his roots in Hip Hop, R&B, and DJ battles / Turntablism. Entering DJ contests and playing at dance parties was the norm, but he also expanded to playing at sporting events, fashion shows, car shows, concerts, and more before he was even 21 years old. Having played abroad in other countries as well, Curtis has honed his skills over the years, embracing any genre of music with both the old-school vinyl DJ and the modern digital DJ mentality to put his personal touch on any crowd he comes across.
